Who sends these messages

Text messages come from SmartBarnOS. They go to people who run a SmartBarnOS account, about that account.

What we send

• Appointment and delivery confirmations, and reminders about them.
• Updates on the progress of your building — a stage finished, a crew on the way.
• Replies to a question you asked us.
• Notice that an invoice or an agreement is ready for you.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we never text you about anything other than your own project.

How you agreed to this

We only text a number when its owner has given us permission — by giving us the number for that purpose on a form or an agreement, by telling us in person, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How often

Message frequency varies. It depends on your project and on how much is happening on it — some weeks none, some weeks several.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

Stopping them

Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting that number. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after it. If you change your mind, reply START — only you can turn them back on, we can't do it for you.

Stopping texts doesn't affect anything else: we'll still call and email you about your project.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn't guaranteed — if something is time-critical, we'll call.

Your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent are used only to send the messages described above. Information is shared with the companies that carry the message for us — our messaging provider and your mobile carrier — and with nobody else.
